The fruitiest and the spiciest of the variety – a unique wine. Exotic flawors such as litchis, baby pineaple, rose petals and vanille. It is in Alsace that this grape variety reaches the height of perfection. Its meduim-dry personality makes it ideal as an aperitif and it pairs extremely well with speciality cuisine.
