This range is composed, depending on the years, with various older vintages who truly express the minerality of their terroir, and of course, our late Harvest, « La vendange Tardives «
On Our Gewurztraminer Parcel with highly concentrated berries. The grapes are harvested several weeks after the rest of the grapes, in accordance with the climatic condition of the vintage. They are delicately pressed to extract delicious nectar with extraordinarily intense aromas. Vendanges Tardives express over maturity and noble rot ( Botrytris cinera ), while the expression of the grape variety is more discreet.
